Peace of mind insurance is what we are calling our HURRICANE SUPPORT SERVICES for your residents. The service we are offering will serve several functions.

First, we will help get your residents ready and take the burden off your staff; this will give them more time to secure your building by not having to go into individual units.

Second, we can remove the possible liability for your staff going into the residents unit.

Third, we will communicate with you and the resident prior to the event and inform them that we have taken care of their unit (for vacant units) and provide you with an updated list of the secured units.

Fourth, as payment is made online we will have a valid list of registered residents making it easier for you to be informed as to who has scheduled service and who still needs it.

We look forward to working together in your building and to making your residents units more secure in the event of a hurricane.

As a thank you for allowing us to present our Services to your residents we would like to offer a 5% rebate of any resident service they sign up for on our website. This rebate will be paid to the homeowner association account from H.S.S.
