SERVICE BY THE HOUR

A service especially suited for those like me who are condo dwellers. I found it difficult to get someone to come out for a smaller job. It was expensive and the time management was difficult. So, I thought what I would like. And this is what I am offering to you.

H.S.S. will send a qualified staff member to your home for an hour and in additional half hour increments at a fixed price. No up charging, or hidden costs, only a fixed price for labor (materials additional if needed).
I know many little things can go wrong around the home. These little things can lead to expensive repairs if not attended to.
Sometimes they can be fixed quickly and don’t require a lot of time. I hope you will share my feelings that an once of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

SERVICE IDEAS

Check windows, doors, sliding glass doors for working locks and ease of use
Change out A/C filters (filter separate)
Check appliances
Small paint touch ups
Check plumbing for potential leaks
Tightening loose screws or door handles
Hang pictures
Patch wall holes
Change light bulbs (bulbs separate)
