Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes we carry liability insurance for our staff when they are in your home.

Q. Are you working solely for the owners?

A. We work only for the owner and represent only their wishes

Q. What do I do in case of an emergency?

A. Until you are one of our regular clients where we have access to your home it would be difficult to respond quickly. However, with some notice we will make every effort to help.

Q. How do you determine what you charge for your services?

A. Our services are broken down into hourly, one time, and repeat services. Your larger jobs, i.e. construction we charge by the hour. We find this works best for everyone.
For specific jobs we will quote you a flat fee. And for our “HOME WATCH” service, which is a recurring service we also charge a flat fee. Of course distance and difficulty of access is a consideration. Unless circumstances drastically change we try not to readjust our pricing

Q. Since you are a service company in South Florida do you have any services for the hurricane season?

A. Yes, we are preparing a list of service suggestions for our clients. These services will be based on what type of property you have and the time involved. We do suggest that you register early as we expect our list to fill quickly. Please see our Special services section.

Q. Are you planning any special services for seniors, or singles?

A. yes, we are working on a number of different service ideas, like our “HOMEOWNER SERVICES BY THE HOUR” and our” HOME WATCH SERVICE", plans.
